Responsum are recruiting exclusively behalf of a valued client who are a growing multidisciplinary building services consultancy, providing MEP services to a diverse range of clients.

You will be joining a young & dynamic team who have a very sociable office atmosphere and everyone is very friendly in nature.

You will have at least 3 years’ experience in a building services engineering consultancy or contractor along with a minimum of a ONC in an engineering discipline.

Experience in the following would be desirable:
-Luxury residential properties
-Multi residential/ multi use projects
-Office and retail fit outs
-Educational
-Experience delivering stage 4 & 5 design- i.e. working drawings
-Ability to undertake detailed site surveys to a high level of detail.
-Experience of IES
-Experience of Hevacomp or other calculation software
