A very well established engineering consultancy who only works with London’s leading developers is looking to employ the right person with commercial refurbishment experience and are happy to wait for the engineer to serve their notice period.

The Company

This MEP Building Services Engineering practice has a multi-disciplinary offering and looks to serve all of their clients engineering design needs including MEP, CAD, Revit and Sustainability. Their workload has been ever increasing since their establishment in the early 2000’s and this consistent growth has helped them maintain a low staff turnover and offer engineers the opportunity to work on a contract or a perm basis for a lengthy period.

The Role

You will be fluent user of Hevacomp and will have at least 5 years of Building Services Design Experience. You will must have a stable CV and must have experience working on Commercial fit out CAT A and B projects. You will be team player and ideally have an outgoing personality to fit in with the team.
