An internationally recognised Building Services M&E (MEP) Design consultancy who offer a range of property consulting services are looking to add an experienced electrical engineer who lead and manage the electrical building services design team in London.

The group of offices has circa 200 employees, where one office is busy and the other quiet, they reallocate the resources, so engineers have the paid-for opportunity to move around the country.

The Role

You will currently be working at any level between Senior and Director level, the consultancy is more interested in hiring the right personality fit rather than the right seniority. The essential components for this role will include working in a client facing role, taking lead of and mentoring the 12-engineer strong electrical team, and being involved in business development (this is not target driven). It would be Higley advantageous if you are a chartered engineer and if you have experience working on projects with £100m+ value. Outside of your day to day duties, you will be given the opportunity to bring whatever value you want for the business be it new business development or training where every initiative taken, and business won, is recognised and rewarded many with bonuses.
