A top 10 Building Services Engineer consultancy that provide M&E (MEP) design services into the Built Environment offer a range of services including BIM Level 2 Modelling, FM consulting, BMS consultancy and sustainability modelling are looking to their team.

The Company

They run a CIBSE accredited training programme with a 100% career development rate, you will have a personal mentor and bi-annual progress review to take you from Graduate/Junior through to Senior. The Project you will be involved will cover extremely high-profile clients ranging from Mansions through to skyscrapers and hospital.

The Role

You must be a passionate about designing eco-friendly buildings and advising client on energy efficiency and environmental impact. As you will be joining the company in a junior level position, it would be advantageous if you have completed an internship in a similar role or have a few months experience in a similar role but this is not essential. Experience of/using the following software / Tool / Process would be advantageous although full training will be given: SAP, BREEAM, IES & TAS.
