A privately owned Building services Engineering consultancy who offer a multidisciplinary solution services to their client is looking for an established electrical engineer to join their senior leadership team, bring value to the company and progress through to Director level.

The Company

This multidisciplinary engineering practice boasts having flamboyant offices in the heart of London. They pride themselves with having one of the most stable teams and continuing their business growth including throughout the recession. The company started with 1 man, and now has 4 members of the senior leadership team managing the relative departments. The company’s offerings include Fire services design, M&E (MEP) design, FM consulting, testimonial/expert witness services, CAD modelling and Revit modelling including BIM level 2. Over the last 5 years they have grown to have an international presence and a £multi-million Turnover.

The Role

You will be career driven and will have determination as a key attribute. You will be supported in your role by the leadership team and will be take responsibility for the electrical team. You will be required to assist with mentoring, and training, as well we the full delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be working in a client facing role and must be technically astute. It would be advantageous if you are chartered and if you have business winning / development experience. Beside regular staff reviews, you can expect generous bonuses and rewards for your performance.
