An international Building Services M&E consultancy have several offices in the UK who all run a very flat structure and are currently looking for an operation manager

The Company

The Building services Engineering Consultancy in question are very well respected with by their high-end and niche client base who give them £multi-million project to deliver at extremely high standards. Their current workload means they cannot take on any more workload for at least 18 months. Their size and structure hasn’t changed for at least 8 years including the employees who work there and have an almost 0 turnover of staff. On the other hand, they do have plans to grow and are looking to make this growth as natural and sustainable as possible.

The Role

You must a flaunt design engineer of electrical services and it would be hugely advantageous if you have experience working in the prestigious, high-end, boutique hotel sectors. You will ideally have some experience mentoring junior staff, working independently and deliver large projects as part of a small team. It is desirable that you have previously or are currently working with a small-medium sized firm and looking for one to mentorship so that you can progress through to the next stage of your career. You will either be an established senior or a very strong intermediate ready for a Senior Post.
