The Central London office of a 100-employee strong Engineering consultancy with multiple offices has decided to focus their efforts in in terms of growth; therefore they are looking for Senior/Principal Building Services Engineer (Mechanical Bias) to join their expanding team.

The Company

This Engineering (M&E / MEP) consultancy pride themselves with multiple offices around the UK with a relatively young office in central London which was formed during the recession and has been growing since then. The workload is extremely varied across multiple sectors and the company already works to BIM Level 2 standards with the latest is technology and software. Currently they are investing time, effort and money into expanding their central London office.

The Role

You will take a lead role in the office, managing a team of 3 Mechanically biased Building Services Engineers and overall, taking a lead in the office which also includes 3 Electrical Design Engineer’s. You will be reporting into the Director of London and will be working with him very closely to manage and the growth of the London team in a client facing role where you will be involved in Business development and the full delivery of projects. As the team size grows, you will take a larger responsibility with promotions, and will assume the position of Associate Director or Head of Mechanical Services, or assistant director of London whichever suits your role. This is a real long-term growth plan which incorporated progression to a very senior post for those who are interested.
