An established Building Services consultancy with an impeccable reputation, high profile clients and one of the highest staff retention rates is looking for an experience MEP Revit coordinator to join its BIM/CAD team.

The Company

Operating for over 20 years and having multiple offices, this consultancy pride themselves with not having made a single person redundant during the recession and are looking to grow its team. The work they carry out includes mixed use projects, high-rise projects in central London and very large shopping centres. They have extremely flamboyant offices with a very relaxed atmosphere and one of the best nurtured training programmes.

The Role

You will be reporting in to the CAD/BIM manager and will be taking a lead role in coordinating Revit models across the Mechanical, Electrical and Public health engineering designs, this will require you to produce full scale 3D clash-free models which will be used in client presentations. You will be working in a team of 7 technicians who currently use both CAD and REVIT; your work will be 100% Revit focussed will be taking a lead role in the department.
