An independent Building services M&E (MEP) consultancy are looking to add to their team as part of their steady growth plan encompassing a 0 turnover of staff – yes everyone who has joined them is still working with them and have received promotions.

The Company

This privately own and business was set up by own of the most inspirational people I have met in engineering. He started the company when he was in his alt 20’s and 10 years later it has nearly 15 employees and a turnover that exceeds £2 Million. They work with high end clients including banks in Canary Wharf and international technical giants. Their workload ranges from office space and residential new builds and fit out, through to complex datacentre designs given a varied workload to ensure their engineering teams are mentally engaged. They have their own inhouse Revit and CAD team all where the entire team sits in an open plan office to ensure the best communication.

The Role

You will ideally have 4 years of demonstrable M&E consultancy design experience ideally on range of projects. You will ideally be a fluent user of Hevacomp with effective communication skills with the current job title of intermediate or senior Building services engineer. Your role will be to work directly under an associate who will guide and mentor you to become a Solid senior or Principal level engineer so you too can grow a team of your own followed by a promotion to Associate. There is a structured career plan with annual reviews for promotions.
