An established and specialist Building Services M&E consultancy are looking for a director level candidate to join their team and eventually be become the head director for their London Office.

The Company

This privately owned Building Services M&E Consultancy pride themselves with having an extremely low staff turnover and offering shares to anyone who has worked with them for 5 years. They have remained operating at a steady pace with steady growth over the last 15 years and although they have ambitions to expand, they are strong believers of giving a 1-to-1 approach to training and support in order to solidify their team before looking to expand.

The Role

You will be an experience engineer either at associate level or higher who has experience with business development and managing/mentoring teams member for professional growth as well as the growth of the team. You will ideally become a standalone director who has his own team of around 10 engineers and will manage their workload accordingly – this model could be replicated several times over. Ideally you be a hands on designer who can operate within a flat level organisation, but this is not essential.
