A reputable D&B (Design & Build) practice who provide M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) solutions are working with some of the largest commercial and retail developers; they now require a Mechanically biased Project manager to vet and install HVAC services from the final design stages through to commissioning and final handover to the client.

They have built a reputation where their specialism has led them to grow into new area thanks to their clients who are extremely happy with their work. They have a very low staff turnover and are looking to grow their business on the back of their successes over the last two decades.

The Role

You will be the primary point of contact for all mechanical design to be submitted and will be responsible to ensure the accurate delivery, commissioning, and handover to the client for the Installations for new build and refurbishment projects. Ideally you will have worked in a similar role although if you have the following qualities, you will also be of interest: You will be client facing, you will have an understanding of H&S (Health and Safety), be able to lead a team, you must have and understand of FM for the sake of refurbishment project and must have excellent report writing skills.
