A reputable M&E contractor has secure a large town-centre based commercial new build project and requires a Mechanical Biased engineering Project manager to be based on site and deliver the Mechanical Service for a £10m Commercial New-build.

The Role

As the Mechanical Project Manager you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

·         Procurement of subcontractors and materials.

·         Ensuring the project is completed per schedule and budget.

·         Full contract management of construction with focus on the HVAC services.

·         Precise and clear communication skills.
