An international MEP engineering consultancy born out of their specialism in critical systems is now looking for a team leader to join them, deliver detailed designs and lead their M&E consulting engineering teams.

The Company

The specialist engineer company have a particular focus on large scale projects including datacentres, Hotels and large commercial projects with a minimum pipe size of 650mm. They have rapidly grown their teams due to the successful deliver of projects which has been partly due to their critical system mind set approach to projects. They have a flat structure where all the management team are still very much engineers as well as managers. They have free soft drinks in their office as well as fresh fruit delivered every day. All their staff are rewarded in monthly team review meetings over an afternoon of food and fun.

The Role

You will ideally have experience working at Principal or Associate level and must have experience working on large scale projects. You will want to lead a team of consultants and be a point of contact for clients. You must be well versed technically with building services regulations and be a consultant at heart who can advise a client to make necessary changes as well as assist and deliver detailed design proposals. You will also be in charge of the final deliver of the project and must be a good planner when working towards deadlines.
