The Company

A reputable Engineering consultancy in the Hotel development space are expanding their team due to continuous project wins and continuous steady growth. They were established over a decade ago and have expanded, opened new offices, and now almost 30 M&E member of staff and pride themselves with their retention rates – only 4 people have every left. They are continuing their growth while holding their principals of deliver quality design solutions for their high end clients who including the biggest names in the Hotel new build space, and UAE based investment developers – this should indicate the size, scope, technicality, capacity and value of their current workload.

The Role

You must be presentable and currently (or confident enough) to engage with their high-end clients. You will be a fluent HVAC designer, ideally with Hevacomp and/or IES software experience. It would be advantageous if you have experience working hotels, in particular those with 4,5 or greater star-rating although large commercial, residential, mixed-use and with a high-end profile would also be attractive. You will have contact directly with the client, and will see the project through from initial conception, through detailed design and final handover where you can witness your project come to life. Once you reach Senior-level, you will be involved in business development where in this company, winning new clients is team/collective effort which is not left to the directors alone.
