A reputable engineering brand with 4 regional offices has focussed their growth plans in their London office and are looking to double in size, they have the finances and workload to support and deliver their growth.
The company’s current workload will allow them to achieve 50% of their grow and going beyond that would be dependent on future business through either new clients, upselling/cross-selling on to their current clients. To achieve a headcount of 30 staff doesn’t mean their growth will end, they would be happy to go beyond this and would look for your direction in this. The most important factor in this role is to have someone who has the right personality, you will be energetic, personable, commercially aware, and will take a keen interest in the development of your engineering team. Although this role isn’t heavily driven by sales ability, the long-term growth plan would mean the ideal person would be a true consultant.
These engineering consultants have grown and expanded during times when most companies downsized. They are sustainability-led and work with some of the top architectural practices. The company is also BIM Level 2 accredited their training program is about to become CIBSE Accredited and has one of the most well-presented offices with a garden terrace.
