Imagine there was a job where you could be paid to save the world while working with architects and engineers to reduce c02 emission of buildings from what they are now. This is that job.
An international Multi-disciplinary consultancy with their own in-house architects, surveys, structural engineers, and building services specialists have teamed up, and are looking to infuse sustainability into every aspect of the building engineering process. The company has a huge reputational global presence and looking to expand a grow their team, possibly the best time to join them.
You’ll be engaging with clients directly, there are also internal clients for you to work with, and will provide expert advice to internal and external stakeholders. Here are some of the technical things you can expect to be doing on a day-to-day basis: Life Cycle Analysis (LCA, developing sustainability strategies, Sustainability Statements to support planning applications, Leading your own team. You will need experience of BREEAM, WELL, LEED, LCA, and Embodied Carbon Assessments, Knowledge of DfMA. It would be hugely advantageous if you are LEED AP, WELL AP, a Fitwel ambassador, and chartered (CEng or CEnv).
