Are you’re a confident and experienced Senior Engineer who can validate M&E Design? Do you have experience working with contractors and consultancies or at least dealing with contractors from a consultancy aspect at the minimum?

An established and leading contractor are looking to expand due to being successful on several project wins.

The Role

The role is to manage external design consultants and CDP specialists, through construction stage design delivery on high rise, high end residential projects. While the successful engineer won’t be undertaking design and engineering firsthand; his / hers mechanical / Electrical experience will be of importance when checking and validating designs of our clients appointed specialists.

Experience in high rise residential is essential, as is experience in the latter stages of RIBA design (with particular focus on RIBA stage 5). If you have a mix of consultancy and contracting experience that would be ideal, but you will be considered if you have experience in either one of these fields.
