The Role

You will be carrying out your familiar engineer duties and that will be including delivering designs, carrying out condition surveys, dilapidations, maintenance strategies, lifecycle assessments, and MEP asset management. You’ll be working very closely with internal and external stakeholders, so it is essential that you have experience working in a client-facing role and you can fluently carry out the duties. It would be hugely advantageous if you are a chartered engineer and MCIBSE or MIET
