An Internationally recognized consultancy that has their own in-house developers, land buyers, surveyors and investors are currently spending over £4 million annually with MEP engineering consultants and are hoping to build the MEP offering to stage where it can act as an independent business unit.
You’ll be joining a young, and ambitious engineering team, and given the organization have a £4m annual budget for MEP, this department is guaranteed to be successful and those who join in the current stages, are going to be in the best position to progress with this growing team. The company have an extremely multi-disciplinary technical resource across the technical fields they operate and have a reputation for employing a diverse group of professionals and have a reputation for being the best in their core business areas – they intend on getting the MEP offering up to that level too
You will be carrying out your familiar engineer duties and that will be including delivering designs, carrying out condition surveys, dilapidations, maintenance strategies, lifecycle assessments, and MEP asset management. You’ll be working very closely with internal and external stakeholders, so it is essential that you have experience working in a client-facing role and you can fluently carry out the duties. It would be hugely advantageous if you are a chartered engineer and MCIBSE or MIET
