An international multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking to grow their team by adding a “Head of Mechanical” (associate) who can lead the Mechanical Building Services Engineering team in London.

The Company

You will be joining an internationally recognised multi-disciplinary consultancy who have won multiple awards, are champions of diversity, have their own in-house L&D team, and encourage internal promotions through to Partner level. You will be given the flexibility to Work from home whenever you want – you only need to be in for essential meetings.

The Role

You will be experienced with project management and taking lead on projects. It would be advantageous if you have experience of leading and mentoring a team of your own however if you currently have a principal designate and have possibly missed your promotion to associate, you are still welcome to apply. Please note, this will be an associate role with full associate responsibilities as described. There are some very ambitious plans to grow this team and you will be given the opportunity to be rewarded and grow with the team.
