This is a building consultancy practice with a rich history spanning over 120
years. It is capable of handling both large-scale, multi-million-pound projects and
smaller, more personalized endeavors. The company is owned and operated by
Director/Shareholders who are personally invested in ensuring client satisfaction
and fostering repeat business. They have developed strong relationships with
clients and contractors across various sectors including Residential, Commercial,
Healthcare, Airports, and more.

Additionally, the consultancy is adaptable and is comfortable taking on
alternative roles in construction procurement, such as serving as a consultant to
the client, architect, quantity surveyor, contractor, or expert witness.

The Position

This is an opportunity to be part of a brand-new office and to help and support
this Consultancy to go from 4 Engineers to 15+ in 12 months.

As a Senior Engineer, you will be part of and will be responsible for leading the
mechanical design on a variety of projects, working closely with Electrical
counterparts and Directors. With a clear growth plan for 2024, you will be at the
forefront of this growth, and will have incentives tailored around each milestone
the team hits.

In addition to this, there will also be a clear path to the Director level, and you’ll have
the support of the Senior leadership team to help achieve this.
