The Position

They are looking for a fully experienced Associate with the ability to inspire
others and who will be responsible for running major projects.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

Lead major projects, managing development, design, and coordination of
engineering project services for Mechanical or Electrical installations
across diverse building types.
Conduct cost, profit diagnosis, feasibility studies, and prepare fee bids.
Modify schedules, prepare project reports, and represent the company in
technical meetings.
Develop and apply controls, instruments, and systems for building
engineering services.
Survey, test, and report on existing installations to meet specifications and
requirements.
Liaise with clients, teams, and contractors, making day-to-day project
decisions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and legal
requirements.
Lead engineering services coordination and apply holistic engineering
concepts.

What you need:

BSc/BEng in the relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
MCIBSE/MIEE or HND/HNC + experience or equivalent.
Chartered Eng status.
Significant specification design experience for various building types.
Proficiency in health and safety regulations, and MS Office applications.
Knowledge of contracts, business law, and UK regulations.
Ability to use IT-based calculation and spreadsheet software.
Familiarity with BS standards, UK regulations, and codes.
Experience in invoicing, credit control, prioritization, and meeting
facilitation.
Leadership, mentoring, and presentation skills.
Consulting or construction background preferred.
Understanding of global consultancy’s international operations.
Understanding of international business operations and ethics principles.
