The Company

design of Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, Sprinkler Systems and Insulated
Structure Installations, along with all of the specialist service elements that these
packages require. The purpose of this firm is to be fully integrated into any
design team to cover all aspects of building services design to the highest levels,
inclusive of 3D modeling and BIM technology.

experts in the design of new developments and/or refurbishments in all markets,
including; e-commerce, commercial, industrial & logistics, residential, hotel,

across various market sectors so you will literally be learning from the best.

The Position

Initially, this will be a remote position, with the view of operating a hybrid working
policy 2 / 3 days per week once the physical office is open in London.

You’ll be part of some exciting projects, across a variety of sectors including
Residential, Industrial, and Commercial.

This is an opportunity to take on some client-facing responsibilities on the
smaller projects, with a clear path of progression on offer to the Principal level and
beyond.

A few key expectations:

Provide evidence of previous major project design experience in
mechanical engineering
Proven ability and knowledge of district or large heating systems
Proven ability and knowledge of systems experience related to large scale
leisure, commercial, retail, and industrial projects
Provide evidence of your experience and understanding of integrated
design in buildings
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of detailed co-
ordination with other design disciplines
Possess genuine interest and knowledge of sustainable design and low
energy buildings
Provide evidence of delivering projects from inception to completion,
through your own efforts and that of your team
Familiarity with site practices, and experience with inspections and surveys
Operational understanding of QA systems
Possess a good understanding of the commercial factors which affect
design solutions
