£70,000 - £75,000 + Benefits + Private healthcare + Bonus scheme

Are you good at building relationships? How would you rate your leadership
skills? Are you looking for something a little bit different? If this sounds
interesting, keep reading – a very rare opportunity could be waiting for you.

The Company

Before we chat about who this company is, it’s important to note that they have
been around for not one, but TWO centuries (and a bit more!). That makes them
one of the oldest consultancies ever!

They are a self-contained, unquestionably highly-experienced property and
construction consultancy. They are accessible, flexible, ego-free, and highly
conscious that it’s all about the client and what they want, and as a result, they
form long-term relationships with whoever they collaborate with.

They find simplicity in everything they do. By having this approach, they strive to
understand who their client is, how they think and operate, and the specific
requirements they have, and by doing what their clients need rather than what
we think they want.

Simplicity and intelligence are effective partners. Simplicity provides the
breathing space to think clearly. Clear thinking allows intelligence to be deployed
more effectively.

The Position

As a business, they have strong plans for growth throughout 2023, coming into
2024 and the hire of an Associate Mechanical Engineer is a big part of this
growth.

You’ll cover a variety of works, including Residential, Commercial, Heritage, and
Retail to name a few.

As an Associate Engineer, you will support the directors with the delivery of
these projects, liaising directly with the clients and managing a small team of
M&E Engineers when required.

This Consultancy will offer a path of progression to Associate Director as they are
big delivers in supporting Engineers with their professional, and personal
developments.

Benefits include: Private Healthcare, Life Assurance, Bonus Scheme, 25 days
holiday with the option to buy and sell up to 5 days each year!

They want to attract and retain the best people (so of course you would fit right
in) and enable them to realize their full potential. They aim to fully support their
employees, not just in their job but in their long-term career paths, through
ongoing professional development and training.

Wouldn’t it be great to work at a company where the directors are approachable?

Imagine working at a place where collaborative working and critical thinking are
embraced!
