The Position

Before we get into what you’ll be doing, guess what! You will have access to their electric car scheme!

This is an opportunity to lead a team of engineers on some of the most exciting projects on the South Coast. These projects will vary from Education to retail to Public Services, but you’ll focus on healthcare projects so experience in this area is essential.

As a principal, you’ll have the opportunity to act as Lead Engineer ensuring successful delivery for all Public Health elements. It’s important you are confident speaking with clients, as well as having clear communication skills to liaise with the other disciplines in the team.

There will be a clear path of progression to Associate, with regular reviews with a Regional Director to make sure you’re on track to achieve your goals.
