The Position

After analyzing the business needs in the first 6 months of 2023, this
Consultancy has decided that the hire of a motivated, Associate Director is
essential to sustain the growth of the business.

As a team, they work on a variety of projects, including Residential, Commercial,
Banking, and Distribution Centres. Over 85% of this Consultancy’s work is from
repeat business, no very little cold business development is required, but strong
communication skills are essential.

With a growing office in the South of London, you’ll be responsible for the team
of 10 – 12 personnel on the day-to-day, whilst reporting to the regional director
on a weekly basis.
