The Position
As a team, they work on a variety of projects, and depending on your experience,
you can specialize in a particular area. i.e., Healthcare / Mission Critical, or
choose to work on a variety of projects – after all, variety is the spice of life!
As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering
designs and managing a range of project types and sizes. You will work within a
multidisciplinary team of engineers and support staff delivering a consistently
high-quality service for clients, ensuring that repeat and new business
opportunities are developed, and profitability is achieved.
Strong communication skills are important as you’ll be client-facing, but also
helping mentor Junior Engineers with their development within the team.
There will be a clear path of progression to the Principal and Associate Levels, with
regular reviews with a Regional Director to make sure you’re on track to achieve
your goals.
