The Position

As a team, they work on a variety of projects, and depending on your experience,
you can specialize in a particular area. i.e., Healthcare / Mission Critical, or
choose to work on a variety of projects – after all, variety is the spice of life!

As an Associate, you’ll be the first point of call for clients, as well as managing a
small MEP team to ensure successful delivery on each project.

Strong communication skills are important as you’ll be client-facing, but also
helping mentor Junior Engineers with their development within the team.

There will be a clear path of progression to Senior Associate / Associate Director,
with regular reviews with a Regional Director to make sure you’re on track to
achieve your goals.
