Are you good at building relationships? Do you consider yourself a leader? Are
you looking for something a little bit different? If this sounds interesting, keep
reading – a very rare opportunity could be waiting for you.

The Company

This company’s 155-year legacy is built on personal pride, technical expertise,
and dedication to delivering outstanding results. They are engineers of human
experiences – problem solvers who care about how a space makes you feel when
you step inside – who bring buildings to life. They overcome every challenge with
ingenuity, determination, and pride.

They take personal responsibility to achieve a shared vision, combining strong
relationships with technical excellence. When they embark on a project journey,
they are making a commitment to the client and to each other.

The Position

It is ultimately a client-facing position where you will be responding to clients’
needs, developing, and producing reports, specifications, and guidance as well as
overseeing testing and commissioning activities. This company works closely as
a team to ensure they achieve the best results and deliver a consistently high-
quality service for their clients. This kind of client-facing role rarely comes along
and offers you the space to grow. This client is looking to expand heavily due to
the continued success of a very niche division and staff retention here is
incredible.

Additionally, you will mentor and develop less experienced engineers and will
have an opportunity to impart your knowledge. You will also be leading electrical
services design on large projects, and lead the overall MEP on small to
medium-sized projects within the office.

There is an incredible progression rate and opportunity for advancing internally.
This company is big on promoting from within. Just think, you could reach all your
career goals in one place.

Some of the benefits you can expect:

9-day fortnight – the firm offers all employees the option to work a 9-day
fortnight
Hybrid Working – activity-based approach
Employee stock purchase plan – a voluntary program that allows eligible
