Today, they continue their success across all sectors and have found that due to their sensitive appreciation of services in historic and listed status buildings, they now have a large portfolio of commissions in this niche market. They have also developed a strong involvement in healthcare services and have many such projects across the UK.
Although a percentage of their projects are repeat business from satisfied clients, they are keen to forge new relationships with new clients based on their commended diligent, honest and friendly ethos.
Bonus: They have a very low turnover of staff with many having celebrated 25 – 30 years of employment.
For this role, you will be an effective team leader and should be able to work collaboratively with the team and other professionals on projects to ensure the best outcomes for clients. 75% of your projects will be primarily residential, and the rest is made up of a very diverse selection of social housing, hospitals, education, retail and commercial. Additionally, you will be working on projects ranging from £500 site-surveys through to £40million construction private mansions.
You will have direct client contact so having good communication skills is a must. You should also be able to demonstrate good technical experience in electrical systems installation and design.
