The Position

As the Technical Director, you will become a senior member of the nationally integrated
building services team. The Building Services team that you’ll be joining has a deep focus on
technical delivery and an excellent understanding of client care. You will be an important part
of a close-knit team, working on a wide variety of high-profile projects in and around the UK
and (occasionally) internationally.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

Mentor, develop, and support an established and stable team of talented Building
Services Engineers
Protect and develop the quality of our designs and provide technical and pastoral
mentoring the electrical team locally and nationally
Drive and deliver projects profitably and to the satisfaction of our clients
Work as part of a small leadership team who are collectively responsible for the
strategic direction and financial performance of the Building Services team
Liaise and interact with other UK Building Services teams to optimize technical
direction and use of standard procedures and digital tools.
Manage technical risk, negotiate the scope of services, and prepare fee proposals
