As the Technical Director, you will become a senior member of the nationally integrated
building services team. The Building Services team that you’ll be joining has a deep focus on
technical delivery and an excellent understanding of client care. You will be an important part
of a close-knit team, working on a wide variety of high-profile projects in and around the UK
and (occasionally) internationally.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
Mentor, develop, and support an established and stable team of talented Building
Protect and develop the quality of our designs and provide technical and pastoral
mentoring the electrical team locally and nationally
Drive and deliver projects profitably and to the satisfaction of our clients
Work as part of a small leadership team who are collectively responsible for the
strategic direction and financial performance of the Building Services team
Liaise and interact with other UK Building Services teams to optimize technical
direction and use of standard procedures and digital tools.
Manage technical risk, negotiate the scope of services, and prepare fee proposals
