This company was founded in 2004 to provide building services consultancy mainly to the fit-out and refurbishment sector of the professional construction industry. The vision was then, and remains, to provide excellent client service, to exceed expectations, and to deliver engineering solutions that enhanced the clients building a portfolio and to have fun doing it!

The vision remains unaltered over 12 years. The Practice is wholly owned by the Directors and this gives freedom to make the right decisions with no external influences. Their staff is their most valuable asset. They seek the best and recruit them, continue to develop them, and look after them. This ensures they have people who are committed to the business and their clients and underpins their ability to deliver an excellent service

Their work and clients have taken them all around the UK and overseas and provided them with great challenges but the opportunities have inspired them and led them to develop as a business.

Over 85% of what they do comes from repeat business and the projects they showcase also represent a huge thank-you to their clients and colleagues who have allowed them the opportunity to work with them and improve the quality of the buildings in which their staff work.

The Position

You’ll be an integral part of the team, leading projects from day one and developing client relationships. You’ll receive support from the Senior Leadership team who have over 50 years of experience in Building Services. How great is that?! You’ll learn from the masters!
