The Company
This is a professional practice of Building Services Engineers with six offices nationwide. They are a medium sized business with extensive experience working throughout the UK in all sectors of the construction industry and with particular expertise in complex and low energy buildings.

Their size allows them to maintain a high standard of service and allows the business to operate and be managed as a single unit with a consistent approach delivered by all offices, and with all specialist disciplines fully integrated into the business.

Securing a high level of repeat business is a key objective of the company and through this repeat business they develop strong client working relationships. They place a strong focus on consistently delivering low energy and high-quality designs which meet their clients’ objectives.

They encourage the professional development of all staff and provide mentor support to achieve membership of relevant Institutes and, where possible, to achieve Chartered Engineer status. They also encourage knowledge sharing amongst all disciplines and are open to new developments and innovations in the sector.

The Position
In this role, you will get the opportunity to work across a variety of sectors including Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Leisure and Heritage.

Some of your duties will be producing low energy, creative design solutions to both scheme and detailed design level as well as carrying out site inspections and surveys. You will also need to prepare specifications and project reports and attend meetings.
