The Position

After a great 2022, with the team growing to over 100 Engineers, in 2023 they are looking to grow the team to more than 120 Engineers – you want to be one of them.

As an Associate Engineer, you will be given the opportunity to lead a variety of projects not only in the UK but overseas, including some of the biggest and most exciting projects currently in the industry. You’ll be responsible for delivering projects, and managing Junior & CAD staff, whilst managing the overall finances and fees of the project. In addition to this, you’ll start to build relationships with clients, with the aim of winning and generating repeat business. With a team of M&E Engineers, you will help support Junior Engineers with their development, whilst managing the workload of the team too.

Being highly organized is important as you will be responsible for making sure each phase of the project runs is run on time, and within budget as well. In addition to this, you will also be liaising with clients, and other stakeholders on a regular basis so clear communication skills are essential.

There will be a clear path of progression to Senior Associate and Associate Director, with their office having a great track record of doing so.
