They currently have around 150 Employees and have a plan in place to double the size of the business in the next few years.

They are a team of specialists from many disciplines applying best practices and innovation to turn good ideas into workable solutions. Their goal is to help clients make life-changing improvements to the world we live in.

The engineers & technicians with international skills and global expertise have successfully delivered large-scale projects including mixed-use developments, residential, industrial, aviation, leisure & recreation, to name a few.

The Position

As a director, you will be responsible for the development of the London office – winning work, and contributing to the growth of the company. Since this company is looking to break into the UK market, building relationships is going to be vital for this role.

You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a brand-new office location in London, with the view of building a team of 30 Engineers in the next 3 – 5 years. As part of the journey, you’ll be able to view and have your say on office spaces in London, and work collaboratively with 2 co-directors from other disciplines, to build the team.

Bonus: A profit share bonus will be in place, which will be related to the performance of the London office. As a result, on-target earnings after 12 – 18 months could equate to £150K+.
