The Position

As an Associate Engineer, you will work very closely with Associate and Regional
Directors to support and deliver on several projects across the UK, and Europe.
You will have responsibilities on both the technical, and commercial side of
projects. The tech side includes, but is not limited to leading a design team,
supporting engineers within the team with learning and development, and
writing reports from time to time.

Commercial responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients,
both new & existing in order to win repeat business and potential new business,
maintain and review financial responsibilities on projects, as well as
understanding project fees and cash flow. You will be wearing all that hats in this
position but it will be so rewarding.
