The Position

As an Associate Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for a team of
engineers. You will be a line manager as well as a mentor by providing support to
your team. In addition, you will oversee reports, and specifications, and lead
design meetings & reviews. Part of your responsibilities will include assisting in
the preparation of bid proposals, as well as being financially aware of project
costs, budgets, and resource planning.

Communication is key in this role. It is important that you build and maintain
relationships with clients both new and existing in order to win repeat business
and gain potential new business.

In this role, it is vital that you are proactive, self-motivated, and have great
communication skills. If you can demonstrate commitment, leadership, and
loyalty – this position is worth exploring.
