£60K - £70K + Benefits + Flexi WFH

Fancy yourself as an engineering pioneer, a visionary, or a trailblazer? Do you have a
natural tendency to contribute to collaborative problem-solving? Do you want to
be at the forefront of environmental design? If this sounds interesting to you,
why not keep reading – we think you’ll be a great fit.

The Company

This is an environmental design consultancy that finds ways for buildings to tread
more lightly on the planet. They are also lighting designers who illuminate
spaces with beauty and efficiency. And they are building services engineers.
They know their way around all the elements that bring structures to life, from
pipes to ducts to wires.

On every project, they’re spurred by the challenge of doing more with less. Every
day they explore what it means to make architecture part of the wider
environmental system. A pretty big concept when you think about it.

Their green credentials attract some clients like bees to honey. That doesn’t
mean they only work with people with big budgets and big sustainability goals.
They’re always keen to get stuck into solving problems, whatever the scale.

The Position

As an Associate Engineer, you will be given the opportunity to lead a variety of
projects not only in the UK but overseas, including some of the biggest and most
exciting projects currently in the industry. With a team of M&E Engineers, you
will help support Junior Engineers with their development, whilst managing the
the workload of the team too.

Being highly organized is important as you will be responsible for making sure
each phase of the project runs is run on time, and within budget as well.

In addition to this, you will also be liaising with clients and other stakeholders
on a regular basis, so clear communication skills are essential.

Are you able to think beyond your own discipline?

Are you proactive, self-motivated, and diligent?

Do you want the freedom to contribute ideas and make a real difference?
