The position
You will be working as part of a specialist team located in central London. They offer a flexible approach to working from home and have many benefits making their employee retention one of the highest in the industry. Along with a solid M or E background if you also have experience in undertaking services such as Technical Due Diligence & Dilapidations then this will put you in a great position too. Whether you are Mechanical or Electrical Bias, it doesn’t matter but they are looking for someone who at least has good awareness in the discipline which is not their specialist area.
