The role

The short-term goal for your role would be to focus as a thermal modeller sometimes called a building physicist using IES to create thermal energy models for building simulation. The long-term goal is for you to become head of sustainability & Energy. You’ll be tasked in the long run with growing your own team and progressing your career with no capped potential given the plans for global expansion.
