A small MEP building services engineering consultancy is looking to expand by adding especially sustainability consultants to the multidisciplinary consultancy team.

The Company

You’ll be joining a company that has an extensive workload in the sustainability space, and has been outsourcing the work to specialist sustainability teams – they’re now looking to bring this in the house and build their own specialist sustainability team with you being the first in, and will remain the most senior person in the team. You will have the opportunity to work on a huge range of projects including commercial residential rail and mixed-use projects. You’ll enjoy working in a close-knit family-run style business with one-to-one contact with every colleague in your team.

The Role

You will be using IES, SAP, TAS, and/or SBEM to perform your duties, comply with reports, and work in a client-facing role. You’ll produce a planning stage report and work closely with the MD to plan, develop and build the future Sustainability team with you as the head.
