Ballymore are an experienced developer when it comes to building some of the most high-spec residential buildings in London. This is one of their biggest projects yet in East London considering of multiple resi towers, commercial units for shops/offices and a market stall space and is described as a village in London with the majority of the land use being open walkways, playgrounds, and green area.

The Building Services M&E consultants appointed for this project who are delivering the full service of M&E designs are currently looking for a Mechanically biased Design Engineer who can lead on site with this project.

The engineering consultants (our client and your future employer) has a large and growing amount of workload in London with Ballymore and other very high-end developers, where this project, given its early stages, will keep you busy on site for at least 3 years.

Your role will be to manage the design submissions (do some of the design yourself) and then coordinate with the contractors through the delivery phases and this over to the client.

You will ideally have experience working with contractors and consultants and ideally will have a Senior/Principal Designate in your current role. It would be advantageous if you are chartered but this is not essential.
