The current director of a medium sized Building services M&E Consultancy has decided to make a 5 year plan to early retirement and is giving the opportunity for a future director to join the company as an experienced business winner and eventually take up his post as Director and shareholder of his company.

The Company was set up in the 2000’s and now approaching 20 years of age, they secured £7m in fees on day one of setting up the company. Since the start the company has gone on to open international offices along with employing over 30 Engineering Staff in their London office alone. Their head count remained stable throughout the recession and now have seen the scope for their business to grow naturally.

If you would like to be considered, you will need to be an experienced business winner or someone who has long standing client relationships where subject to covenants, will follow you. You can be from any Building Services MEP discipline but must have plenty of experience in a similar role. There are two aspects to this role, business continuity and business growth.

Currently the company is hired by Architects by the likes of Zaha Hadid and you must have experience dealing with high profile architects for business continuity. In terms of business growth, you will bring in new work, recruit the next generation of engineers, and have complete control of the business as MD making this an attractive 5-year nurtured opportunity.
