The Company

With an established 25-person engineering team in the Home Counties; this is engineering consultancy has enough forecast of the workload to double the size of the Southeast team by opening another office in London with a view to growing it to 20 to 25 engineers. Projects are spread across residential, mixed-use, healthcare, and occasionally critical systems.

The Role

You will be in charge of everything to do with the London office including its growth into new markets, with new engineers, and new revenue streams. You will have the back-office engineering design support of a 25-person engineering team in the Home Counties so you will not be left alone. You’ll be introduced to internal and external clients which will account provide you and your London office a revenue boost. The current vision is to get the London team to a similar level to the home counites team; however, you are in charge and if you feel the isn’t enough room for growth, or there is more, then your decision is final.
