A family-run style business with its own in-house surveyors, building services design, and maintenance team is looking to grow its London team due to continue project wins. They are proud to have not had to make anyone redundant during the COVID pandemic.

The Company

You’ll be working with a sustainability focussed engineering consultancy that aims to develop the most energy-efficient buildings and system upgrades with regular work on CHP (combined heating and power) and DH (District Heating) systems. You’ll enjoy developing new designs for existing buildings including listed building refurbishments along with system upgrades and newly build residential, hotel, and mixed-use developments to name a few. This is one place you won’t be working on the same projects over and over again.

The Role

There are 2 vacancies here, one for a junior and one for an intermediate. To be considered, you should have at least 18 months’ experience, or up to 5 years experience & be close to becoming a senior engineer. It would be hugely advantageous if you have experience working on CHP systems, although this isn’t essential, that would be hugely advantageous, and any Revit experience would be a huge advantage.
