The Company

They are international, independent real estate consultants. They work with owners, occupiers, developers, and funders to help them get more out of their real estate.

Since 1991, they have shaped their own path to the forefront of international real estate consulting, always guided by their clients’ interests. Remaining independent, and now employee owned has enabled them to act on foresight, building in-house specialisms and a Europe-wide network of offices ahead of market demand.

Meanwhile, they’ve sought and nurtured the sector’s best talent. And now, as real estate becomes increasingly complex, they’re equipped to take on every challenge and opportunity their clients face.

How they approach projects

You’ll notice a difference in their way of working — open, energetic, ambitious for clients and themselves, yet always approachable. They build partnerships to last, bringing expertise, technology, and a pragmatic approach. They are tenacious, independently-minded problem solvers and they work hard to be at the forefront of innovation, sustainability, diversity, and effectiveness.

They aim to do the right thing, be clear, and transparent and find some fun along the way. This takes a multitude of skills, a single vision, and one strong team.

Fun fact: They have consistently been rated by The Sunday Times, Property Week, and Estates Gazette as a ‘best place to work’.
