The Company

You’ll be working with leading engineering constancy that embraces sustainability and energy management with FM. They have their own in-house engineering consultancy, FM team, and asset management team, the latter they are recruiting for. They are doing their utmost to encourage all net-zero initiatives, with plans to expand the team further

The Role

You’ll be an experienced building services engineer either from an asset management background or someone who would like a Hybrid role between the 2. You should be comfortable producing technical due diligence, condition surveys, and dilapidations.
